Kees Wagenaar, Managing Director, announced Transport & Offshore Services (TOS) will open a new branch office in Odessa, Ukraine. The announcement was made during the official opening of the new headquarters at the Waalhaven in Rotterdam.
The office in Ukraine is meant to offer customers more opportunities for ‘crewing solutions’. For TOS this is the next step as a global player in total crewing. Ukraine is a true maritime country with leading schools, expert sailors and maritime specialists. The Ukraine is an important base for TOS’ unit Offshore & Maritime Constructions.
